Electronic and Postal Communications Authority (AKEP), based on the Law No.9918, dated.19.5.2008, “On Electronic Communications in the Republic of Albania”, on the conclusions of  public consultation for conditions to use 1900-1980 MHz, 2010-2025 MHz and 2110-2170 MHz frequencies bands, and pursuant to point 2 of article 66, and point 4 of article 68 of the same law, notifies the interested parties that:

• The number of rights to use frequencies band 1920-1935 MHz paired with 2110-2125 MHz and 1900-1905 MHz not paired spectrum
• The number of rights of use shall be 1 (one). To grant this right of use the public tender procedure shall be applied in accordance with DCM No. 1254, dated 10.09.2008, “On approval of rules for conducting public tender, for granting the right to use frequencies” amended.
